Terms and Condition

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY

The terms set out in these Conditions of Repair (Agreement) shall apply to the service we provide to repair your mobile device and/or any accessories listed overleaf (Equipment) on the service questionnaire form. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

 

Our warranty does not cover supplemental damage. Supplemental damage can be defined as any damage unrelated to the preceding repair, including, but not limited to physical damage or liquid damage to the device. Manufacturer-related defect symptoms may include one or more of the following: a spontaneous or abrupt decline in overall device functionality, touchscreen sensitivity, or LCD performance. Exclusions to this warranty include, but are not limited to, physical and/or liquid damage, game system reflows, batteries, accessories and soldered components. Liquid damage and subsequent physical damage which occurs after a completed repair will void this warranty. Additionally, this warranty is automatically voided in the event of a manufacturer software enhancement that adversely affects the functionality of the phone.  Myphoneshop reserves the right to resolve any and all disputes concerning this acknowledgment of warranty coverage.

 

Repair and Estimation Terms

By placing an order for repair, estimation, or a free estimate service you certify that you are the devices rightful owner and that you agree and understand the following:

Repairing or attempting a repair on a phone or device or accessory can cause such device not to power on under certain circumstances.

All repair work, attempts, and parts are not refundable. Any physical damage and or liquid damage will not be covered by the 7 days warranty.

myphoneshop is not responsible for any data loss.

myphoneshop is not responsible for any further damage that may result from any estimation or repair attempt.

During the course of repair, all due diligent effort and care will be used to discharge our professional repair duties on all Tablets and mobile phone devices. However, due to the intricate structure design of Tablets and phone’s body and its back cover; owner at times might be able to observe the slight variation of their device before and after it had been worked on. This phenomenon is unavoidable. The metal back cover structure, curvature, side trimming might have some minute changes during the process of removal from the tablet/phones body.

Do note that phones that had been in use under normal condition will have the preexisting conditions like the normal wear and tear signs. Some units might have more apparent physical dents, warp, scratches even crack on the front glass panel. Please take note of your iPad or iPhones PRE-EXISTING CONDITION before submitting it for repair work.

It is the owner’s legal responsibility to inform our repair Centre the exact condition of the phone (e.g. speaker, microphone, buzzer, charging functions). Other than, owner must state clearly the exact fault with the phone. We will follow the client’s instruction and repair specific faults or parts and we WILL NOT be responsible for any un-report faults PRIOR to the repair work.

Our professional engineers will do their very best to make sure all phone worked on will stay close to the original shape and design (means your iPhone stay close the shape/condition when you submitted it in for repair).

A free repair estimate is only applicable if you choose to have the phone repaired or otherwise serviced, or if you do not want the phone back and request for it to be recycled. If you do not want your phone repaired or if it is unrepairable you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Water and liquid damage repairs may require additional replacement parts that will be quoted to the customer at the time of liquid damage assessment. Repairs left unclaimed after 30 days from the date of service become the property of myphoneshop.com.ng and deposit shall be forfeited.

 

Purchasing Parts

Parts purchased from myphoneshop are covered by a 7-day warranty, from the time of purchase. Return the parts if it is found to have a manufacturer defect, rendering the part effectively useless. This warranty is subject to the following terms and void if:

  • The part is damaged or modified.
  • Serial sticker information is removed or tampered with.
  • Nylon Film Cover is removed.
  • Does not cover liquid and water damage, or physical damage.
  • Warranty not applicable or is subject to our discretion after 7 days

To return a faulty part within the 7-day period: Take a high-resolution photo/video of the purchased part defect and send it to customer@myphoneshop.ng or clientservices@myphoneshop.ng to process the warranty claim.

We reserve the right to refuse service(s) to anyone who does not agree to any or all conditions of the service(s) to be provided.
